PTK99 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PTK99 — a sports betting and online casino platform operating under ptk99.xyz. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and the operator of PTK99 ("PTK99", "we", or "the platform").

By accessing, registering for, or using any of the services offered by PTK99 — including but not limited to Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, baccarat, virtual sports, and e-sports — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by all the Terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the PTK99 platform. Continued use following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2Member Eligibility

Services PTK99 is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you satisfy all requirements before registering and using the platform.

You must be 18 years and above to register and use PTK99's services. This is an absolute requirement and cannot be waived. PTK99 enforces strict age verification during registration and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to confirm a member's age. Any account found to belong to an individual under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and the account balance will be forfeited following review.

The PTK99 platform is intended for users in Malaysia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of PTK99's services is lawful under the laws of the country or region where you are located. PTK99 is not liable for any violations of local laws committed by members on a personal basis.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) PTK99 account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — using different names, emails, phone numbers, or any other details — are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

• One account per Malaysian IC or passport number
• One account per Malaysian mobile number
• One account per email address
• One account per IP address or device at any one time

3PTK99 Account Registration

To become a PTK99 member, you must complete the registration process through our platform. During registration, you are required to provide personal information that is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering a PTK99 account, including your full name as shown on your official identification document, a valid Malaysian phone number, and an active email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in your account being closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your PTK99 account password and login credentials confidential. PTK99 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact PTK99's support team immediately.

PTK99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a valid driving licence, or a valid passport. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal being delayed or the account being temporarily suspended.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

PTK99 offers a variety of convenient and secure deposit methods for Malaysian members. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

PTK99 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• e-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow (QR transfer and account transfer)
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX member banks
• Direct Bank Transfer: To the bank account designated by PTK99

The minimum deposit at PTK99 is RM 10 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and your account tier. All deposits are processed instantly or within 1–5 minutes, depending on the method selected.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into your PTK99 account are your own and have been obtained lawfully. PTK99 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit made through unauthorised means or using illicit funds will result in account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.

5Withdrawals

PTK99 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within the stated timeframe. Your winnings are rightfully yours and we do not charge any fees for standard withdrawals.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction
• Daily withdrawal limit: RM 50,000 for standard accounts
• Members must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal exceeding RM 1,000
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name
• Any bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn

Withdrawal to e-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): processed within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals via DuitNow: processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals to bank account via FPX, Maybank2u, or CIMB Clicks: processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Processing times may be longer during peak hours or Malaysian public holidays.

PTK99 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on or delay withdrawals for the purposes of security review, identity verification, or investigation of suspicious activity. In such cases, PTK99 will contact the member concerned within 24 business hours to explain the situation and the steps required.

6Bonus & Promotions

PTK99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer.

New PTK99 members are eligible to receive Welcome Bonus up to RM 500 on their first deposit. This bonus is subject to rollover requirements 5x which must be completed within 14 days from the date the bonus is credited. Failure to meet the rollover requirements within the stipulated period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

• Each member is eligible for the Welcome Bonus once only
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the rollover requirement has been met in full
• PTK99 reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or misuse of promotions
• Bets placed on matches or markets with odds below 1.5 will not count towards the rollover requirement
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly as cash
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses through hedging or strategies designed to minimise risk will result in bonus forfeiture

PTK99's weekly rebate program provides 0.8% rebate on total qualifying bets, credited every Tuesday. The rebate is calculated based on net bet amount (after deducting winnings), carries no additional rollover requirements, and can be used for further betting or withdrawn directly.

7Betting & Game Rules

Specific rules governing each type of bet and game available on the platform PTK99 are as follows:

All sports betting outcomes on PTK99 are determined based on the official match results as established by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). If a match is postponed and not replayed within 36 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes refunded.

• Bets accepted before a match begins are final and cannot be cancelled unless the match itself is cancelled
• For in-play betting, results are final based on the score at the time the bet is accepted by PTK99's system
• PTK99 reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that are clearly the result of a technical error

All casino games and slots at PTK99 use Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by internationally accredited independent testing bodies. The outcome of every round is completely random and independent of previous results. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game's interface and form part of these Terms.

Virtual sports at PTK99 are betting simulations powered by certified RNG technology. Matches run on an automated schedule and results are never influenced by external factors. All virtual sports bets placed are final, except where a technical fault can be verified by the system.

PTK99 allows parlay/accumulator betting for Sports Betting with a minimum of 2 selections. If any selection within a parlay bet is voided (for example, due to a postponed match), the bet will be recalculated excluding that voided selection.

8Account Security & Member Conduct

To maintain a safe and fair betting environment for all PTK99 members, certain conduct is strictly prohibited on our platform.

• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to access or interact with the PTK99 platform
• Collaborating with other members to manipulate betting or game outcomes (collusion)
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity conducted through the PTK99 platform
• Identity fraud or using another person's information to register or conduct transactions
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with PTK99's security systems

You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your PTK99 account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact PTK99 support immediately. PTK99 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account as a result of your own failure to keep your password secure.

9Account Suspension & Closure

PTK99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity
• Multiple account registration
• Inability to verify a member's identity or age
• Account inactive for more than 180 consecutive days

You may close your PTK99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled and any eligible balance will be returned to you. The closure process takes 3–5 business days to complete fully.

PTK99 accounts that show no activity (login, deposit, or betting) for 180 consecutive days will be classified as inactive. Inactive accounts with a positive balance will be subject to an administrative fee of RM 5 per month, automatically deducted from the account balance until it reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

10PTK99 Liability Limits

Please read this section carefully as it limits your right to make claims against PTK99 in certain circumstances.

PTK99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: technical disruptions beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, power failures), disputed betting outcomes raised more than 30 days after the result date, losses resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their account credentials, or odds fluctuations occurring within seconds due to network latency.

The PTK99 platform is provided "as is" and PTK99 makes no guarantee that our services will always be free from interruptions, errors, or defects. PTK99 aims to maintain an uptime of 99.8% but cannot guarantee 100% availability at all times.

PTK99's liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your PTK99 account in the 30 days prior to the claim being made, or RM 1,000, whichever is lower, unless otherwise required by applicable Malaysian law.

11Responsible Gaming

PTK99 takes responsible gambling seriously. We believe betting should be a form of entertainment, not a burden. Our platform provides a range of tools to help you stay within healthy limits.

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Betting Limits: Can be set in account settings and takes effect immediately
• Session Time Limit: Set a time reminder for each gaming session
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months, or permanently
• Reality Check: A summary view of your betting activity for your own awareness

12Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by PTK99 is governed entirely by Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms. By using the PTK99 platform, you agree to the privacy practices set out in our Privacy Policy.

PTK99 complies with data protection requirements under applicable Malaysian law. We only collect data necessary to provide our services, process financial transactions, and fulfil legal obligations. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

13Amendments to Terms & Conditions

PTK99 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before takes effect, unless the amendment is required immediately for security or legal reasons.

Your continued use of the PTK99 platform after notice of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the new terms take effect.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.

These Terms & Conditions are provided in Bahasa Melayu as the official version for Malaysian members. In the event of any ambiguity in interpretation, the Bahasa Melayu version shall serve as the primary reference.
